This is mandatory for people aged 25 or over who’ve been claiming Jobseeker's Allowance or receiving National Insurance Credit’s for 18 out of the previous 21 months (early entry may be allowed under certain circumstances).
Includes a ‘Gateway’ period of up to four months similar to 18-24; followed by an Intensive Activity Period with options including:
- Short work focused training courses (usually for 6 weeks
- Education and training opportunities for up to one year
