Robert Baxter
Robert Baxter
Robert Baxter started his working life as a telegraph boy with the Post Office and now at the age of 68 has made the leap into 21st century communications.
He took a four-week course about the internet at Gorbals Library and now communicates with family and friends in America and Australia on a daily basis.
He went on to do other computer courses and sometimes found it difficult to retain what he had learned, so he would go back and do the lesson again before putting in lots of practice.
Robert believes learning has given him a new lease of life.
